Why hasnt Limewire been shut down like Napster?!

limewire found a lope hole its sharing the files who ever downloads them is doing the crime same thing with any other file sharing music system the feds have been trying to shut them down for years

Because Napster was the first program to offer this type of file sharing, so it got the most attention, I suppose.
