you said this about SKSK, but they seem too dark to be popular, as most of their songs involve killing people, and people dying (not that welcome to the black parade isnt) but ya know.
but my votes for see you next tuesday. they have good values "good christians dont get jiggy with it until they're married" and they're family centered.

Yeah i think hopefully that style of music is on its last legs. If Aiden are the next big thing then hell has officially frozen over
EDIT: Hells Bells: The Killers are huge in Europe. I dunno why some Americans consider them to be emo, they've been a huge indie band over here for the past few years
at my high school..people are starting to walk around decked out in boys like girls gear.....personally i think they are just as bad as mcr, maybe even a little more annoying (if that is possible).......aiden has a chance since they actually have songs about razor blades and sh it....maybe boys like girls will be the next FOB...they both have girly "guys" and stuff.....
No other band -except for Evanescence- can compare to My Chemical Romance. There will NEVER be a band as good as them -except for Evanescence of course-
Electronica and synthpop are becoming more and more popular, and I think PlayRadioPlay! (Daniel Hunter) might be the "next big thing." His EP debuted at I think #29 or something on the Billboard Heatseekers chart, and his debut album is supposed to be released this year. I really like his music, and it's really catchy and I think he has the potential to become really popular, possibly like MCR, which I guess is sorta a bittersweet thing.

Exactly what the music industry needs is another MCR, Fall Out Boy, Panic At The Disco, Plain White T's, etc.
I see AFI, The Killers, Aiden & The Used heading down that road (unfortunately).
Paramore would be who I would put my money on.
well i dont think it could happen but i think THE USED would be the next MCR... i love em both tho. i wouldnt want there to be another MCR.
I wouldn't put my money on Aiden...the music is "similar" but it is a little too dark and they don't have a big enough following yet
I think The Used is up next, I went to a radio fest in '06 and they played right after MCR on the next stage and seriously, the whole crowd just kind of shifted. They played the same radio fest this year and I didn't go to it, but they were one of the headliners and I heard they had like the second biggest turnout (Paramore was first I think)
tokio hotel or paramore, i've been seeing a lot about both of these lately

probably one of my favourite bands. Relient K is my most favourite, I hope they don't sell out. I like MCR, but I don't like the singles or the fangirls/boys
