This is not half bad, for just starting out.
"Hey" has more lyric complexity, but it sounds just a little like you're struggling to hit the high notes in the chorus. But you're not terribly off key, either.
You say you're still working on Neverending Fate, but it's more in your vocal range. Concentrate on it.
Get a piece of music software that will let you record the guitar and vocals on separate tracks, or get separate mics for each of you so you can balance the volume. The vocals were sometimes hard to hear over the guitar. The multitrack software will allow you to overdub solo guitar melodies over the strumming, which will give a better instrumental orchestration.
Still, overall a good beginning. Good luck, and Practice, Practice, Practice!
