Well, considering he came from a rock band, Ekhymosis, his first album were more in the pop-rock vein, which i found enjoyable. Songs like "Fijate bien", "podemos hacernos da?o", "es por ti", and "volverte a ver"
I havent heard much from his last two albums other than the radio singles, but they seem more pop oriented ("No siento penas", "me enamora"), and I don't find them as interesting as his first solo songs.
I'm not saying he is worse now. Simply that I haven't been a fan of his more recent work. I think "La camisa negra" was the breaking point where I stopped listening to him.
