The classically inspired vocals are not from any opera. All music in the Devil May Cry 3 OST was created or organized by producers Tetsuya Shibata and Kento Hasegawa. It is very beautiful though.

In Devils Never Cry, the rough vocals performed by Shawn "Shootie HG" McPherson of heavy metal band Hostile Groove. David Baker performed the more melodic vocals in the same piece.
