it's phil vassar. the song is commonly referred to as TWILY. he's my favorite person. i've met the guy three times.........have 300 pictures of him.................he's signed so many things for me.........i had to start buying things for him to sign. he's a real down to earth guy and is just incredible. also love his smile. if you need a pick me up...........go to his concert. you can't help but get into the music. i know every song he's put out............including the songs he's written but have been recorded by other artists.
