Don't sweat these folks giving you a hard time about not knowing a band. With all the music out there (both good and bad) it sometimes takes time to discover one, even if everyone else knows about it.

I will put it to you this way about the Clash however: The Clash is the band U2 wishes they could be....

Hmmm if you’re looking for punk rock check out the RAMONES. They are very influential to many punk rock bands. Also they are the first punk rock band to every be assembled. Report It
