oasis, the verve pipe, smashing pumpkins, jimmy eat world, kaiser chiefs, keane, kings of leon, modest mouse, silverchair, the strokes, tv on the radio. all great bands, i recommend listenin to them all. oh and weezer

Chris Martin of Coldplay emulates U2, especially Bono. Coldplay kind of steals some of U2's sound, so if you like Coldplay, you'll probably love U2. Try the albums All That You Can't Leave Behind (Especially Walk On) and How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb (Especially City of Blinding Lights and Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own.)
