Question: My mother used to sing a couple of old country song's one was called "dont sell daddy anymore whiskey" and the other was called "dont call me your angel". Does anybody know who recorded these 2 songs? Any information about them would be greatly appreciated.

Well..."Don't Sell Daddy Anymore Whiskey" is by Mattie O'Neal, but the other song I can't seem to find with that title. I will keep trying, perhaps if you can post me any of the lyrics even one line would help...the only 2 old country songs with those words in the title are: Don't Call Me by Oscar Brand AND Don't Call Me Early in the Morning by Tommy Sands

not together, but they both sang dont call me your angel.
Betty Garland, among others, sings "Don't Sell Daddy Anymore Whiskey". I dunno the other song.
