I don't think so - longevity & influence are two of the biggest criteria to entrance in the Rock HoF - - - Public Enemy doesn't seem to qualify

i think they probably should but only because everyone else seems to make it whether they are qualified or not,, it doesn't really seem like a true hall of fame anymore, they just put practically anyone in. Public Enemy had just as much influence on music as anyone else did but because they were outspoken they were never given the credit they deserved..
