How do I play notes with two ledger lines above bass clef?!

I'm assuming you're playing this on the piano, right? Okay.......the entire keyboard uses only the letters A thru G and then repeats. And your bass clef lines from the bottom to the top run G..B..D..F..A. The space above that top line, (The A) is just the next letter in the sequence. So the space just above the top line is B. The next in sequence (one line above the top A line) is C. The space above the C line (one line above the top A of the set of 5 ) is D. All of these notes are running up the keyboard to your right (higher pitches). That C line I mentioned is Middle C. Middle C is shown on the treble clef as one line below the bottom line on the staff. Middle C on the bass clef is one line ABOVE the top of its staff. They meet in the middle.

Same as you play any other notes. With your finger. Occasionally, you might hit it with your nose, though.
