Question: i usually listen to pop music but im getting kinda tired of it. i want something different... im thinking of checking out rock music. can you reccomend some good rock bands?

Thats only for starters...but I think you wouldn't like it because you just can't taste your music taste like that. Stick to yours you're most obviously and most likely a prep.
Oh jeez. You cant just change your music taste / personality. You sound like a prep so go with the pop like Fall Out Boy or something.
what you like, too broad, split it into few sections, so it would be easier.
