if she lip sync's that means she's sang the song and recorded it in a studio. Then they play her cd, and she just pretends to sing the music. Its kinda like when you have her cd and sing along to it, thats basically what's she's doing only with her own songs. Lots of pop music stars do it, Ashlee Simpson was busted doing it when they played the wrong song. It was quite embarrassing for her I Imagine.
In my opinion (and I have been singing for a really long time) the recordings she does for like her music videos on disney, she's live on. I've never seen her in concert, but I don't think her voice can handle that many concerts with that many screaming kids in the audience. It's rough, and I'm sure she lip sings often. But remember, it's only my opinion, and I've never seen her in concert.
She may lipsync to her own voice. It's been recent tradition to lip sync (generally not so well which is how people find out) when dancing on stage. It's too hard for many of them to dance and sing at the same time.

I guess if she doesn't lip sync, her reliance on live pitch-correction is almost as bad. She's asked to move around so much, it would be impossible to stay on pitch and dance that much. In the 2nd video, she's huffing and puffing just to get a few words out at the breakdown, but yet she's able to sing perfectly the rest of the song (ironically in a song called "Nobody's Perfect").
She will sell TONS of records and concert tickets, but she won't be caught doing it singing a note off pitch, evidently.
She said in an interview she was talt to say pink elephants over and over again when lip singing. no joke
almost ever star who preforms dose it. i love Hannah Montana to, but since she dances on stage she would run out of breath ;and so they play the music she recorded earlier so she can dance to the music, with out running out of breath.
