How can I become a singer?!?!?!
Question: Okay, so I would really like to become a country singer.I've took voice lessons. But I'm still a teenager, so I just can't pack up and move to Nashville. But I was just wondering if anybody had any tips or information. Like how can I get a record deal? Or where should I sing at? How do you break into the Country Music Industry?
Anything would be helpful to know! So leave some stuff please!

Find oprys and venues around your home, like singing at fundraisers, parades, parties. Make a cd if you can find a technician. Also, try to locate a production agency who can book bigger gigs for you. Breaking into the music business is all about who you know. Good luck. Here are a few oprys you can try out for:

you could audition to American Idol... or if you live in Canada Canadian Idol......
practice and practice.....
look up some other places where you can audition....
Look up some music schools or local colleges that offer vocal classes and take those or Kareoki alot and practice that.
