Question: I hear it while I work out on a hard rock radio station. It sounds very 90s, very Nirvava. I 'm sorry; I can't understand a word the guy is saying. It's something like this:

Additionally, it sounds like he's in the key of F, though it could be G.
It could also be Nine Inch Nails or even Korn.
