Well, this is better, because it tells the person reading it what she decided to do about her anguish. What I would change is the word "drowned" to "drowning because of the tears she's cried", or something similar, anyway change the word "drowned" to drowning". I don't know about the part about the moon being in a dark black sky, because dark and black mean the same thing I think. Maybe change it to the darkness of night. Hope this helps.
