For selfish reasons, I'd bring back Layne because I really liked AIC the most. In all fairness, I'd have to go with either Lennon or Dimebag because they were both truly innocent victims.
I like them all. I'm not a huge Hendrix fan so I can take him or leave him. Dimebag would be great to bring back, but since Pantera was already over then I might have to choose someone else. Bon Scott was great, but I like Brian Johnson just as much. Jim Morrison wasn't doing anything with The Doors when he died. I could bring Layne Staley back but he probably still wouldn't do a new Alice In Chains record. I guess I'd have to choose between Kurt Cobain and John Lennon.....hmmmm, tough one.....Lennon! I wouldn't wanna bring back someone who preferd to be dead (Kurt), and I think it would've been cool to see more music from John.
