I think that the true amazing singers such as ....Celine Dion....are lucky enough to be born with amazing voices...although i think that anyone can be trained to sing....but they will never compare.
Yeah you can be trained to become a GOOD singer but to be great I think you'd have to be born with it.
someone can be train to have good voice. and even if you were born with the talent, you have to have some vocal classes to teach you how to control your voice etc.
You can be trained to sing but only some of todays artists were taught to sing.
anyone can be a good singer with really good training ,but depends how bad or good the sing already.
