start with breathing exercises. if you've never sung like this before that's a big key, because it takes some getting used to. you'll need to practice expanding your stomach when u breathe, and not raising your shoulders. use exercises that you have to pop, sing staccato, short and snappy, and push from your stomach! also, doing crunches will help. :-) have fun... you get a bigger and better sound every time!

the only way to tell someone how to sing from their diaphram is to say, breathe really deeply, like imagine when you draw a breath that your taking in so much air that your stomach starts to pooch out. (p.s. dont be afraid to look fat). and there arnt really any exercises for it you just have to get used to it. Diaphram breathing helps you to sustain notes and phrases longer.

well what i did was.... first find your diaphram then push on it and sing til you get used to that feeling then when you think you got it try singing w/o it is its the same feeling then you got it if not then keep pushing on it til you are completley comfortable....... hope i help :)

um u cant sing from ur diaphram but u have to use it when u sing. my chior teacher makes us use our diaphram A LOT! she gets mad when we dont. just breathe deeply it really helps!

i hope this helps
fing the top of your rib cage where it starts to branch off and theres soft muscle down below
softly guide our fingers a few inches down the middle of your stomach, but not not too far from the top. you just found your diaphram!
this may feel weird, but push like your gonna have a baby while holding your diaphram lightly. it should get hard and stiff. next time you sing push the same way and it reallllllllllly helps. its a muscle for talking and singing.... to get your big girl" voice!
