Ja has a unique voice too but him DMX and Busta Rhymes sometimes sound alike to me.

I would say Lil Wayne, just because his lyrical flow is tighter, in my opinion. I feel like I heard Ja Rule's voice before....like when Holla Holla first came out, I could have swore it was DMX.
I just think Weezy is more destinctive.
Oh, and to answer your other question: If I had to choose, I'd go with 50 cent
Lil Wayne, primarily because he does unique things with his voice, his action words are more amplified, and his accent compliments the first two. Listening to Lil Wayne gets people so hype because his voice amplifies your regular response to his lyrical content, not just because his lyrics are ill.
