Download a programme called "AUDACITY"..it is free ..there is a very good tutorial on youtube which will show you how to remove the vocals,here is the youtube link http://youtube.com/watch?v=PqXiKYG3J7M.....

Sadly, I've been told there is no easy way. Play around with the equalizer until you've minimized the vocals as much as possible. Even advanced mixing software can't remove the vocals from a properly mixed recording.
well i dont think you can lower the voice over in a song but you could go on google nd search for the instrumental version so all you would have to type is
ex: this is why im hot instrumental,
and push enter and just look through the results and see which 1 has the download.
