Ok, he's not a band, but I'd have to say Bob Dylan. First of all, there is so much music this guy has made that you can never get bored of listening to him. Second, the music he's made doesn't stay in just one genre of music, but he touches on almost every kind of musical genre there is. Third, the music he has made is amazing and inspiring because he's just a genius and it's hard to imagine anyone else accomplishing what this guy has done. HIs music is just some of the best that has ever been made.

I think that Frou Frou is that to me. I am not sure if it's really a band or a singer but her music just gives me tingles. I love to listen to music like that. Check her out on youtube she is so good.
