Anyone else like the Sixx: A.M. record?!
Question: I think it is brilliant. Very touching and heartfelt. I have never been a Motley Crue fan so I wary at first but on my first listen I was hooked. Very cool and I have even bought the book that Nikki Sixx wrote about his Heroin addiction problems that this CD is the "soundtrack" to.

Yeah it is some good work and as for the book, I read like 20-30 pages standing in the bookstore. I couldn't hardly stop. I think it is some meaningful work. And I grew up listening to the Crue so I was surprized how Nikki Sixx took the life he'd been living and made it mean so much.
Yeah the CD is great! I love "Pray For Me". The book was fantastic too.
Yes, this is the best music Nikki's done since the "Motley Crue" album in 1994.
I just started reading the book and decided to pick up the CD as well...I finished the CD and was blown away!!
I did quite enjoy the album. In fact, I'm still playing it in heavy rotation.
I'm also very much agreed with GDog's assessment of the '94 Crue album. That thing was just smokin'. The worst move they ever made was bringing Vince Neil back.

I absolutley love Van Nuys and Tomorrow. Also Life is Beautiful are great. I Think it is extremely touching. Just knowing how Nikki Sixx lived his life is so touching. He was dead for seconds, but adrenaline brought him back to life! i love it! I wish i could meet him! i'm a die hard motley crue fan too!
