Question: the other day something bad happened and i couldnt calm down so i grabbed my ipod and put on MCR and immediately stopped crying. but as soon as the song would end i would start crying again cus i would remember what happened. so i would put another mcr song. idk y but they just make me feel better no matter how i feel. does that happen to you.

lol MCR in my opinion helped me through the roughest time of my life. I was in a 5 year relationship and all of a sudden she wanted to call it quits, and it killed me to find that 2 weeks later she had a new guy. I know it may sound stupid but it killed me. And that was around the time that "The Black Parade" had just came out and "Welcome To The Black Parade" for some reason jsut kept me calm and brought me back to my senses. Everytime id listen to it, i would be able to forget about her and move on but than when it ended, i started thinking about her again. So yeah i've had it happen lol. Thats the true reason i love MCR, cause i think they may have saved me.

It seems like when ever I'm in a bad mood or I've had a bad day, if I just turn on MCR, all the bad crap just disappears.
many times. if i feel like crap i listen to MCR and im automaticaly in a good mood. i dont know what i would do without their music! ? ??

MCR is like what a teddy bear would be to a little kid. When your crying and just feel all hope is lost, just put on some MCR songs. Even the sad ones that normally make you cry make you feel better, and you never, ever want to let go...

when i was trying to quit cutting i would listen to them a lot to help stop the urges. i remember staying up with them on for the entire night, starring at my blade and wishing for death but then trying to focus on the lyrics.... they really helped...

Yes! I'm Not Okay always does that to me. For some odd reason, it makes me feel okay. Knowing that somebody else has went throught the same teenage angst as myself is oddly comforting. Lol. Seriously, I do it all of the time!

Especially Helena, Famous Last Words or Sleep. Those are the MOST soothing ones, though all of them are really soothing.
