Yes 2Pac is definitely dead as well as Biggie. But between the 2, Tupac is the better rapper. Jay-Z says he is the greatest rapper alive, but 2Pac is the greatest rapper of all time. His words and his poetry and his style help mold a lot of what rap is today. Everything he says touches you in some kind of way whether it was in a negative way or a positive way. Tupac is world wide and no matter how long he has been dead and will remain dead, he will always have a place in anyone who loves rap and hip-hop's heart.
He's not alive, just like Elvis is not alive. His poetry is pretty deep, his music was revolutionary.

Tupac is dead. It has been over 10 years now since he was gunned down, I dont think he is coming back.
I think that Tupac was untouchable in his time and will always be one of the best rappers

Tupac is definitely dead no question.
But as far as me liking him...I think he was overrated. I think there are a lot better rappers than Tupac. Dr. Dre blew him up when he came to the west, and Dre was already big, just like he blew up 50 and Game. So yeah, I think he's too two-faced for me to say I "like" him. Pimpin' the **** one song, bringing up the community the next. So it's hard to say. I like more consistent rappers, like Nas

Tupac was a true street poet. He had many different sides to him...much more than how the media tried 2 portray him as just a wild a $$ dude...If you really listen to some of his interviews he was really intellectual and had strong opinions that he didn't change just to please anyone.
