Try a digital audio workstation to record multiple tracks for DJing, including sampled tracks. One of them is Pro Tools, another is Reason.
Also......
You can also use Garageband to use royalty-free drumbeats which can be used for loops, for almost all types of pop/rock music, including techno, trance, or house. Garageband is for Mac only.....that's your word of warning. You can make a good remix on this software.
There is also one DJ technique you should know about---cross-fading.
Cross-fading is smoothly segueing one song into another song. That is, you fade out the first song, and at the same time, you fade in the next song.
