Jay-Z isn't retiring! If you check the Dec 2007 XXL mag with him on the cover he says in his article that, "...I want to never say that again...I think I pulled the retirement ripcord too many times..." But he is stepping down from his position at Def Jam, which is good because to many were blaming him for bad albums. Not saying he didnt have some type of say so, but I don't think it was soley his fault.
