The only station I know of that plays MCR is 94.9, The sound. If you don't get reception where you're at, you can listen to them online at 949thesound.com.
This past September, Gerard said they plan on having a moderately early 2008 release. That's all I could find!!

I think the next album isn't coming out until 2009..
They're not releasing a new album next year.

well, gerard way said that their fourth album will be coming out in early 2009. but then, rolling stones magazine said that their album will most probably be coming out in late 2008. whatever it is, i can't wait for their new album!!!
I don't think MCR are releasing their new album for a couple of years cos they told us durning their Newcastle gig that they were taking a break for a bit.
I think the Mama video comes out in February or maybe their new song "Stay"
