Question: I know I'm being very vague, but I know this awesome Irish grunge song with a bagpipe. It's really rock, the screaming and angry type, but flows really well. Do you know what it is?

Sounds like you are talking about music by one of two bands I can think of: The Dropkick Murphys or Flogging Molly. Hope this helps. Can't narrow it down to one song because most of their music sounds like what you described.
Like the other poster said, it was probably Flogging Molly or Dropkick Murphys. They're both American bands who play punk mixed with Irish trad. Another possiblity is Whisky for Me Tae by Mike Got Spiked (Who are actually Irish.) You can listen to it on their myspace page.
