I have a great singing voice but i do not have the confidence to use any way to !

Question: In life we are giving certain talents. Carpenters, painters, builders, actors, singers etc. etc. When we find out what our talent is, it is our choice to waste this great gift, or to share it with the world.

If you have a "great singing" voice, you have been given a great and joyful gift. When you sing before an audience, know that you are sharing your gift with the world, which is as it should be.

I know two wonderful singers, who completely close their eyes when they sing in front of an audience. Because of their wonderful sound, the audience accepts and loves it.

There are many ways to hide your nervousness. Using a prop, like a mike, for instance. Have the mike in the stand to begin, then take it out say a third of the way through the son, and "wander" slowly to the left then slowly to the right.

If you put a video on youtube, singing I will critique it for you and try and assist you in whichever way I can.

Voice teacher/Acting coach,

Voice teacher/Acting coach,

try joining a choir cuz in choirs all your voices blend together and no one would be able to reconize your voice

plus the best way to gain confidence is to face your fears

It's natural to feel that way. Don't worry about it too much, you'll get over that feeling.

I agree with Nina about joining a choir. You won't be embarrassed or even shy. Everyone will be in the same boat as you.

You can also belt it out when no one is at home.

Sing in the shower.

Go deep into the woods and sing.

Take paid singing lessons.

Sing with your friends.

This will help you get over your discomfort.
