Tonguing is a very common technique that flute, clarinet and horn players use (sax, trumpet, etc.). The best way to form the "tonguing" is to say "tuh-kuh." You can say "too" or "tuh" as well, but it is not as smooth a transition and is also slower. You can tongue very quickly with "tuh-kuh" and it is comfortable once you learn it. Another version is "tuh-kuh-tuh" where the "kuh" portion would be the 1/8th note, kind of like "1/4 note---1/8th note--dotted 1/4 note...that one is pretty common in jazz.
its like pushing the tounge back in fourth it takes time but practice and u should get it
when you tap ur tounge to the roof of your mouth for the notes i think.
touch your tounge to the mouth piece then pull it into your mouth quickly...repeat...
say the word ta-ta or the over and over basically.
i dont know what else to tell you... sorry.
