Can anyone help me find a song by The Proclaimers that was in Kenneth Anger'!

Question: I know this is a very long shot because Kenneth Anger films are WAY off the beaten path, especially "Mouse Heaven". I looked for a way to email Mr. Anger but he doesn't even have a website. He gave a lecture a couple of years ago at the Walker Art Center in MPLS & I went to it. He played his film "Mouse Heaven" & in it he had a song by The Proclaimers. They kept saying "I'm not gonna talk about it" over & over. I loved the song but I can't find it anywhere. I can't find a soundtrack for "Mouse Heaven" or anything. I looked at the lyrics of all the Proclaimers songs that I could find online but none of them are what I'm looking for.
If anyone knows the name of this song or how to email Mr. Anger or how to find this out, please answer.

The Joyful Kilmarnock Blues by The Proclaimers

"The Joyful Kilmarnock Blues" is the song.

Lyrics:

I'm not going to talk about doubts and confusion
On a night when I can see with my eyes shut
I'd never been to ayrshire
I hitched down one saturday
Sixty miles to kilmarnock
To see hibernian play
The day was bright and sunny
But the game I won't relay
And there was no kilmarnock bunnet
To make me want to stay

But I'm not going to talk about it
On a night when I can see with my eyes shut
When I started walking at wishaw
My eyes obscured my vision
After five miles on my way
I began to learn to listen

I walked through the country
I walked through the town
I held my head up
And I didn't look down
The question doesn't matter
The answer's always aye
The best view of all
Is where the land meets the sky.
