Shawn carter or Jay z?!
Question: I remember when the video for "99 problems" came out, there was alot of controversy about the shooting scene....
About a month after that i had read an interview were jay-z said something like the shooting meant the end of Jay-z and the beginning of Shawn carter....
so onto my question....Is all of his albums after the black album "jay-z" or "shawn carter"?

Well personally, I think Shawn Carter sucks. I liked Jay-Z better. I mean, with the Black Album and Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint. Those were dope. I'm not feeling Kingdom Come or American Gangster that much.. IMO, he used to be hot.
i like Jay-z better - Jay-z is like a hood person talking about his struggles living in bk,but Sean Carter talks about being famous && the good life,people don't wanna listen to that,especially when their far from rich
