Honestly, what do you think of my boyfriend's band name?!
Question: his new band has a show next month, but i really don't like their name.
it's Night at the Marquee, and he says they're sorta post hardcore/screamo, but i haven't heard them play yet.
so really, what do you think of the band name? i'm not too crazy about it, myself...

It's kind of vague and not very memorable. Remind him that every long band name gets shortened, and his will end up simply "Night", "Marquee" or even "Mark."
Don't like it, when that name comes to mind I think about a group of really old men at a little hick club. Lol.
it's not that bad but it doesn't fit their style.
It's very forgettable.
They need summit 'inyerface' stop you in your tracks kinda name.
My fave is
'Shutup and Dance' also one called 'Throbbing Gristle'.
Foreign names sound posh if you want that.
