voivod- all the early albums upto and including nothingface

pestilence- the album with the face and the ants, can't be arsed getting up to look at the title...

You might add Judas Priest to your line up. They have a few thrash tunes.
From the list I would favor Megadeath. I like Slayer and Anthrax as well though they appear at the bottom of your list.

Like them or not, Metallica (& Slayer) spearheaded Thrash in the 80s. That's undeniable.
I also like Overkill & some Testament.
