You are looking really deep into the archives of hepcat culture.....myself, I've been looking for a playable copy of his "Hipsters, Flipsters and Finger-poppin' Daddies, Knock Me Your Lobes!"

You probably know already that Rhino Records released a compilation CD over 10 years ago and which you can find on eBay for pretty cheap. But it sounds cut-and-paste compared to the original vinyl records. Frank Zappa released "A Most Immaculately Hip Aristocrat" on his Straight label, which you still can find on cassette (!) and a badly re-recorded CD.

There also was a not-bad bio of him published a few years ago, "Dig Infinity: The Life and Art of Lord Buckley," by Oliver Trager. It's out of print, so you would have to buy it from a used bookseller, but again with the internet it's not hard to find.

(28.8 dial up? Kit, how OLD is your computer anyway?)

i dont
