There's a CD that comes out every year up here in the Seattle area called "Christmas in the Northwest" with local artists that benefits Children's Hospital. That particular song was on the first CD and is by Brenda Kutz White. Click the link http://www.christmasinthenorthwest.com/ and then the "buy from Amazon" link and you can see all the CD's.
Pearl Jam did that, I think.
