The big fat fire in the back of the scenery gave Bob major burns, which in turn got infected with staph and landed the poor guy in the hospital.
Someone(not sure who) tackled Gerard on set and popped a few of the ligaments in his leg.
The picture of Mikey is fake. It's really him, but the blood isn't real. For some reason, all the members of MCR took pictures of themselves all bloodied up. I love them, even if I don't understand them.
bob was burned because he was close to the fire.

Bob received third degree burns from the fire torches used to ignite the set behind him and Gerard had hurt his leg onset.
Bob's drumkit was too close to the fires, and he ended up with third degree burns on his leg, which turned into gangrene, which then turned into a staph infection.
Gerard tore a ligament in his ankle after being tackled by Frank (which wasn't a first).
As for Mikey, that's a picture from one of their earliest photoshoots. Blood is part and parcel of being a My Chem member.
