Zacky is definetly a great guitar player. He's effin hot too, but that's besides the point.
He has come a long way from the older A7X songs too. Syn has to, even though it's hard to believe cause he's already totally wicked. Their dueling guitar riffs are amazing, I never get tired of them. And they always seem to throw a piece in there that makes you wonder how their brains operate.
And I want to know how samtot.. bought a bass identical to his guitar? Aside from the fact that guitar and bass aren't really identical instruments, at all, he plays Schecter guitars and not Ibanez
I've been playing guitar for 8 years now, and have always studied the music of people like Steve Vai, and Angus Young, and Yngwie Malmsteen, etc.
I only started listening to Avenged Sevenfold a couple of months ago. I never realized JUST how good he is. I knew he was good, but I never really gave him a listen. It's quite amazing, and I've begun to study his playing and his music as well.
He kicks *** so does synyster but Zacky has that quality that adds something, also I just bought an Ibanez bass thats identical to his guitar save the number graphic, just because I love his guitar that much
