Does anyone else find Roger Waters' voice a little annoying? Isn't David!
Question: Don't get me wrong, i'm a massive Floyd fan.. But i just think Guilmour is a much better singer. and my favorite album is The Division Bell.

Gilmour is a much better singer but Waters writes the songs, most of them anyway, and he's smart enough to write some things that his voice is well suited for. I do not like him singing songs we're used to hearing Gilmour sing!
It's interesting to me to have watched the power struggle between those two. One is the writer so they don't exist without Waters. The other is the "voice" of the band and the lead guitarist whose style is a main signature of the band. Without either, there's no Floyd.
When I saw them at the Live 8 or whatever it was called in London on my computer, I had tears in my eyes to see them together again, even if it was only temporary.
No not at all. I like Roger quite a bit.
I seem to think that the songs that Roger sings suit his voice well just as the songs that Gilmore sings suit hi voice well.
I love Pink Floyd. One of my all time favorites. Great question!
Both are good singers. I prefer David Gilmour though.

yes i do my favorite cd is ON AN ISLND and my favorite tracks are # 3 THE BLUE (pretty song) & # 4 TAKE A BREATH i could listen 2 those 2 songs over & over. the way david plays his guitar on THE BLUE gives me goose bumps :)
