Question: Ok people... i dont have much to go on but he is a black rapper mainly out of the 90's. he had a come back song like two years ago that i want the name to. it featured lots of famouse people like mary j. blige, lil wayne, and others. it was a great song. he has usually really thick dredds (however you spell that) and back in the day did a song with janet jackson and the music video was futuristic with the like bubble effect.... like i said i really dont have much to go on. he's pretty famouse not as much as he use to be but hes like a legend... let me know if you have any guesses, know the answer, or know where i might be able to find out. It's Busta Rhymes. The song didn't have Lil Wayne in it but it had Mary J Blige, Missy Elliot, Rah Digga, Papoose, DMX, and Lloyd Banks in it. It's the "Touch It" Remix. Love that song and video.
Little extra: The one feat. Janet Jackson is called "What's It Gonna Be". Love that song and video too!
