i don't know what the hell u r talkin about. "hip hop fell off". When did hip hop fall off? Hip Hop is takin over the music industry. U have musical producing phenoms like Timbaland, Kanye West, even Lil Wayne that are expandin the rap and hip hop. And as far a beefs with the east and west coast goes, the biggest contributors to the beef was Pac wit The Outlaws, and Biggie wit Jr. Mafia, which if u didnt know included Lil Kim.
Because most Female Mc's either didnt get involved or didnt appear til after.
