Chamillionaire is the best rapper in Houston. I heard about that album on wikipedia like 2 weeks ago, then it was removed, now it's back up but there is no page for it. So I dont know if thats the official name yet or not, but its coming out in 2008 some time for sure. Mixtape Messiah 4 comes out tomorrow though, be sure to check that out! They probably don't have a release date yet.
I'm guessing since he just dropped an album a couple months ago, it won't be until later in the year.
