UNFORGETTABLE! It`s Only Make Believe
Of course! One of the sexiest voices ever!
didn't he sing the birdie song
Yes I do. The week he died my son and his band did a tribute to him along with Candy Martin. He is missed here.
Yes, I do. I love the songs, "Hello Darlin", his duets with the late Loretta Lynn "Louisiana Woman, Louisiana Man", "As Soon as I Hang Up the Phone", and "Feelins".
One of the more powerful voices in country music. Some of my favorites have been "Hello Darling"..."Don't call him a Cowboy"..."Happt birthday Darling"..and "I'd love to lay you down".
"Hello Darlin"
"Tight Fittin' Jeans"
and its "Louisiana Woman, Mississippi Man" not Louisiana man like the post above says.
But my all time favorite by Mr. Twitty would have to be
"That's my Job" puts a tear to my eye everytime.
not much more I can add to what's already been said but one heck of a singer with chart successes to prove it.
Always a hero in my eyes.
Yes i loved You've never bin this far before, The Letter and Someone who'll always hold her when she cries
His real name was Harold Jenkins. He got the name Conway Twitty from towns in Texas and Mississippi. I got to see him perform in 1978 with Loretta Lynn. Conway seemed to sing about my life story.
I'd love to lay him down and say Hello Darlin'!
IF ONLY!!!
omg LOVE HIM, LOVE HIM, LOVE HIM. I got to see his son Michael play in our area, doing conway songs, he sounded really good. I'm sure his dad would be proud. My favorite Conway song is "tight fittin jeans"
ALWAYS AND FOREVER!
