What is your favorite band and why do you love them so much?!
Question: NIRVANA was and still is my favorite band ever, Kurt Cobain's songs are so awesome and unlike any other music you hear nowadays, it sucks that Cobain died, but they are still a great band, every time i hear any of there songs it cheers me up.

BOSTON. Just such a great band with a unique sound, which took over the airwaves in the 70's. I can related to so many of their songs & memories/times in my life - "More Than a Feeling", "Smokin", "Peace of Mind", "Hitch a Ride", "Amanda", "Hollyann", etc.
It has also been a thrill to meet the band mates, include Tom Scholz, and find out they're friendly, caring everyday folks.
After Brad Delp's passing, I talked to hundreds of Boston fans who were deeply upset. Hearing their love & devotion to BOSTON was a gift I will remember forever.
I cannot say enough about BOSTON.

The Amity Affliction.
They are the epitome of amazing. DIY recording and fighting to the top of the East-Coast Hardcore Scene. They're lyrics really speak out and have so much depth and meaning in them; and they're so passionate about what they do. Not to mention, they interact so well with their audience; talking with them and acting as if they were just normal people, not a band.
Chamillionaire- He's the rapper who made me really get in to rap!, his song ideas are so original and his lyrics are just INSANE!! you gotta really listen to see what i mean
Pink Floyd. Because I listened to their music so much when I was younger and getting stoned that now I don't hafta get stoned anymore. I can just listen to the songs and I'm "there."
radiohead is my favorite band.
they have thoughtful songs that are filled with dynamics. jonny greenwood is an excellent guitarist who is very musically savvy. Thom yorke is a very unique vocalist with an incredible range. Also, he writes cool and interesting lyrics. phil selway has some creative drum parts which contribute to the songs in more ways than just keeping the rhythm. There are two other members in the band, but they're not important. They play alternative rock, which is my favorite genre. They have a lot of guitar and piano parts and those are the best instruments. also some ondes maranot parts. and lastly, their songs are interesting and well made.

Jonas Brothers-I can relate to their songs
-they don't swear in their songs
-they don't have any inapropriate lyrics
-they have good morals
-they are very very talented
-they have great, fun songs
-Nick's voice is very unique. There hasn't been a voice like his since Michael Jackson
-they seem to be very nice
-they are very devoted to their fans
Nightwish. i found them via a Phantom of the Opera cover they did, and it was incredible. they are a European metal band with elements of synth, opera, gothic, and mythical inspiration. their old singer, Tarja, is an internationally famous vocalist and opera singer, while their new singer, Anette, is the old singer of the swedish band allyson avenue. it is a very good band, with beauty-beast vocals.

An obvious vote and easy out would be to say the Beatles; I say The Rolling Stones due to their versatility and musicianship at every position in the line up. They can pull off their rock classics, disco! (miss you), and very good at the blues. Too underated! What I really love about these guys is they go way outta their way to give recognition to the older black bluesman who otherwise never would've gotten their due. Keith Richards , like Clapton, is a whore, in a good sense, they'll play with anyone with no ulterior motive but just out of respect. Pretty decent attitude despite Mick Jaggers' public demeanor.

I love them because they are one of the best bands ever! And because when i was little, my dad listened to them, and now that i'm grown, and my dad is not around, it's a sentimental thing. They make me think of my daddy!
Def Leppard.. There the only rock band to me that sing in perfect harmony.. I have loved them since they first hit the scene.. I am a true fan.. I have been to many of there concerts and I have all off there albums, cassetts and cd's.. I especially love DEF LEPPARD LYRICS
