Question: Don't you miss the days when you could turn on the radio & know right away who was singing, even if you'd never heard the song before?

I sure do miss the GOOD OLE "REAL COUNTRY MUSIC "DAYS! You know what, you really don't have to go back too far..even in the 80's when JOHN ANDERSON was "JUST A SWANGIN" man oh man..what a song and you just KNEW RIGHT AWAY who it-he was! Today we see SOOOO many questions on here asking "Who's that singer that sings that song hmmm...you know?..."Back in my day we knew LEFTY'S "ALWWWWWAYS LATE" or WEBB PEIRCE
"THERE STANDS THE GLASS"...Everybody had their OWN IDENTITY and their OWN SOUND..and YES like you said...
EVEN IF YOU'D NEVER HEARD THE SONG BEFORE..Because it's THAT artist STYLE not the "BIG WIGS" and "TECHNOLOGY"!

You can thank modern technology for that. Even I can go into a studio and come out sounding like George Strait. lol

I know exactly what you mean.

Two thumbs up, i agree with ya there !

yeah. it really all does sound the same.
