I have voice lessons in 45 min and my voice sounds like crap. What should I do?!

Drink Something Hot And Cover Your Neck
With A Scarf Or Something.
And Don't Talk Until You Get To Your Lesson.

i take voice lessons too. its gross, but drink honey, it works!
If you haven't then do your warmup exercises over and over. Just don't strain.
