Question: where he performs his and songs of other musicians, for example: One (U2), Personal Jesus (Depeche Mode), etc.. and where others too perform his songs (rock version of Ring of fire), etc.

I don't think there's one album with all of those songs, but it sounds like you're talking about his American series. Starting in 1994 and ending with Cash's death, Johnny recorded a series of albums with Rick Rubin in which Cash both got back to basics and recorded songs that were dear to him and branched out to record contemporary songs by artists Rubin thought might be a good fit for him.
There were five albums in the American series: American Recordings, a solo acoustic album; Unchained, a rockabilly album with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers as the backup band; American III: Solitary Man, an acoustic album with a lot of duets (this one has One); American IV: The Man Comes Around (this one has Personal Jesus), the last American album Cash released in his lifetime and the one that had Hurt on it; and American V, which came out just a year or two ago.
There's also a five-CD box set, Unearthed, which has outtakes from all of those CDs plus an entire CD of Cash doing solo acoustic versions of hymns from his childhood. That box set is amazing in its own right.
All of that music is essential--If Cash had come out of nowhere in 1994, made that music, and died, he'd have still been a legend, regardless of being the guy who wrote Folsom Prison Blues and sang Ring of Fire.
You might also be looking for a couple of tribute albums that came out a few years ago. Kindred Spirits was an album of covers by big-name stars, but didn't have Ring of Fire. Dressed in Black had covers by lesser-known acts, with Billy Burnette doing Ring of Fire.
