Question: Though I'm sure it changes in waves, which group of fans here do you think use the board more?
My gut reaction is the rock fans. I see few straight-up pop music questions being asked.
I guess most of them are on the general music board.

Rock for sure.........well i geuss fall out boy and mcr are rock.......so yeah rock.

most are probably rock seeing that not many people like pop music in the world period----------------->.

I think it's the Rock fans, though personally, I usually take an overview of the entire Music section ~ but the majority of my answers are in R&P!

If you just look at the amount of best answers of the top 10 answerers you'll see that "other-music" has the most answers.
I don't think it's any accident that the rock comes before the pop in the R&P. That tells you all you need to know.
It is definitely rock, for a couple of reasons. First, there is a large variety of Rock choices, i.e metal, goth, emo, classic, etc; and it has the most history, with the possible exception of country.
There are always new answers to be found!
notice rock is listed first in the "rock and pop section" also people who are always here use it allot to ask anything they want so their r&p "friends" can answer. like sookie's american idol question (i'm not insulting the question though, it's good, i gave it a star)
Rock fans. More specifically... MCR fans...and that's not a great thing.

The only time I've seen pop questions, they get like 4 or 5 answers... its certainly rock-dominated.

Last time I saw a Hannah Montana question here, it was answered by a bunch of "ewwwww"s so we might have scared them away, so mainly just rockers of any kind.
