HAHA..this is such a good question. I feel like an old head when it comes to hip hop so i dunno, I'd play the oldies and some lupe, mos def, common, talib kweli, outkast, and maybe a few others... i would loovveee to have control of a hip hop radio station though, that would be sick
try to keep the balance (what they should be doing now ) you know a mix of everything from, Gangsta & Conscious Rap to political & and ol skool stuff too and of course you gotta play the top 40 crap & club hits that little kids are mostly into and most impornaty keep a good rotation and not play the same sh*t 100 times in one day

mostly new york east coast stuff
every outkast song. tons of reggae/dancehall. songs from 2000-2005. busta rhymes, ludacris, lil wayne, wyclef, Sean Paul,Shaggy. i'd make sure people knew about less than mainstream good music. cuz there is so much non mainstream great music.
